Experience

William S. Boshnick joined the firm in 1998. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Boshnick spent several years in Tokyo, Japan working in the contact lens division of Johnson and Johnson Medical.

Practice Areas

Mr. Boshnick prepares and prosecutes patent applications as a member of the firm's patent procurement practice group. Mr. Boshnick also prepares infringement and validity opinions and assists in patent licensing negotiations as a member of the firm's client counseling, licensing and technology transfer practice group. Mr. Boshnick is a frequent lecturer throughout the world on topics relating to procuring and enforcing patents.
