    * SENIOR I.P. LITIGATOR
    Greenblum & Bernstein, P.L.C., an established Northern Virginia intellectual property law firm, is looking for an established IP litigator to join its rapidly growing litigation practice. Demonstrated ability in developing/attracting clientele is sought and will be recognized and rewarded by the firm. Technical degree in electrical engineering, computer science or pharmaceutical sciences. Prior IP litigation experience. Excellent writing and communication skills. Experience in general patent counseling also desired.

    * ASSOCIATE POSITIONS
    Seeking highly qualified associates for its litigation and prosecution groups. Candidates interested in litigation should have 2-4 years experience, and a technical degree and/or experience. USPTO Registration No. and Virginia Bar admission, and/or prior law clerk experience with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and/or a U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and/or a District Court preferred. Candidates interested in prosecution should have 1 to 5 years experience ( either at the U.S.P.T.O or a firm) in the electrical, computer, chemical, pharmaceutical, mechanical or biotech arts. All candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills. The firm’s practice spans all aspects of intellectual property law and the firm represents major clients around the world. Highly motivated attorneys can expect rapid advancement and responsibilities commensurate with demonstrated abilities, and a competitive compensation package.

    * LEGAL/ ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
    The ideal candidate is dependable, very detail-oriented, highly motivated, a team player with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize time and assignments to meet multiple deadlines. Responsible for organizing and monitoring attorney's workload. Duties also include reviewing and drafting correspondence, monitoring and preparation of docket and processing files through various departments. Position requires 2 to 3 years of administrative experience. Prior law firm experience a plus.
