Neil F. Greenblum founded the firm in 1978. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Greenblum worked in Paris, France for Cabinet Netter, an intellectual property law firm. Mr. Greenblum served at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as an Examiner from 1973 to 1977.
Practice Areas
Mr. Greenblum is involved in all aspects of the firm's practice and manages the firm's litigation and trial practice group. Mr. Greenblum regularly litigates patents in U.S. district courts, and his practice includes both bench and jury trials.
Based on over twenty-five years of patent experience, Mr. Greenblum is able to develop litigation strategies in complicated patent cases and present these authoritatively to the trier of fact. Mr. Greenblum has extensive litigation experience in the pharmaceutical field, where he is a recognized authority. Mr. Greenblum also litigates in technical areas such as chemicals, electronics, and mechanical technologies, as well as in trademark and trade secret issues.
Mr. Greenblum lectures worldwide on a variety of patent litigation topics. Mr. Greenblum is fluent in German and French. Mr. Greenblum lectures in Germany annually at a forum on U.S. intellectual property law relating to generic and branded pharmaceuticals and in France at the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI ) on U.S. litigation strategy and practice.
