Experience

Todd Hardy joined the firm in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hardy worked as a trademark attorney for an intellectual property boutique and a general practice firm in the Washington, D.C. area. Prior to his law firm experience, Mr. Hardy worked as a Trademark Examining Attorney for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office where he was responsible for examining trademark applications related to electronic goods and services.

Practice Areas

Mr. Hardy is a member of the firm’s trademark practice group and supervises trademark prosecution matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and trademark proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
