Experience
Robert W. Mueller joined the firm in 1994. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mueller served at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as an Examiner, where he was responsible for examining patent applications related to electrical measuring and testing, including microwave analysis, communication and wiring systems evaluation, electrolyte/battery testing, impedance/admittance measurement for determining non-electrical properties, electrical fault testing, and meter structure.
Practice Areas
Mr. Mueller supervises patent application preparation and prosecution in the electrical and mechanical arts as a member of the firm's patent procurement practice group. Mr. Mueller also prepares infringement and validity opinions as a member of the firm's client counseling, licensing and technology transfer practice group.
