Experience

Heribert Muensterer joined the firm in 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Muensterer practiced as a German and European Patent Attorney in Munich, Germany for twelve years. Dr. Muensterer's practice included preparing and prosecuting patent applications and conducting opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office, the German Patent Office, and the German Federal Patent Court.

Practice Areas

Dr. Muensterer prepares and prosecutes patent applications in the chemical, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical arts as a member of the firm's patent procurement practice group. Dr. Muensterer additionally assists in the preparation of infringement and validity opinions as a member of the firm's client counseling, licensing and technology transfer practice group.
