  • Stephen Roylance was quoted in the June 19, 2006 issue of Chemical & Engineering News regarding prospects for a regulatory pathway being developed for generic biologics.

  • Greenblum & Bernstein represented Besemer et al., on behalf of Affymetrix, Inc. as Assignee, in Interference No. 105,285 (Schembri v. Besemer) before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences ("the Board"). On June 28, 2006, the Board issued a Decision on Preliminary Motions in Besemer's favor and entered judgment against Schembri.
