Experience
P. Branko Pejic joined the firm in 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pejic served as Law Clerk to the Honorable H. Dale Cook of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. While in law school, Mr. Pejic completed a pupilage under Roger Wyand, Q.C. of Grey’s Inn, practicing intellectual property law before the Royal Courts of Justice. Mr. Pejic also gained industry experience as a project engineer with a major transportation firm, where his responsibilities included oversight of environmental regulatory compliance on a national level.
Practice Areas
Mr. Pejic is a litigator in the firm's litigation and trial practice group, in which he participates extensively in all aspects of fact, damages and expert discovery, and pre-trial and trial preparation. Mr. Pejic is also a member of the firm's client counseling, licensing and technology transfer practice group, in which his responsibilities include preparing infringement and validity opinions and supervising activities relating to licensing programs.
Mr. Pejic's practice involves pharmaceuticals, food additives, camera components, medical devices, computer hardware and software, industrial machinery, and industry standards such as JPEG and MPEG.
Mr. Pejic is also the editor of the firm's Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology newsletter.
