Robert W. Mueller joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 2001. Robert has significant experience in drafting and prosecuting electrical, mechanical, software, computer, and telecom technology applications, design applications, and counseling clients with respect to infringement and/or validity opinions. Robert is a member of the European practice group and works with various clients in the Asian practice group. Robert manages the European client dockets, prosecutes client applications, files new applications, and coordinates with foreign associates in non-U.S. matters. Robert also files International Applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty.  Before joining the firm, Robert was a Patent Examiner for seven years at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, examining applications in the Electrical Measuring and Testing Art Unit.
