The Group includes professionals that served previously as Patent Examiners and Supervisory Patent Examiners, as well as former Administrative Patent Judges and the former Vice Chief Judge of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. The Group publishes a monthly newsletter regarding recent developments in patent, copyright and trademark issues relating to software, electronics, telecommunications and the internet.
