We do not collect any of your personal data unless you or your representative specifically provides it to us. 

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.  The type of information we may collect about you includes: your name, company name, domain name, address, credit card information, telephone / fax numbers and email address.  We will never sell or divulge any information we have on file about you to another entity without your permission (except as required by law).

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.  You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.  If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.  All personal information we obtain from you will be held securely.

Cookies are small files that contain information sent by a website that is saved on your computer’s hard drive. When you visit our website, we may place a cookie on your computer to help us recognize and serve you better when you return. You may delete cookies from your computer or set your browser to reject cookies.  However, doing so may limit some functionalities of our website.

Opt-out – All of our newsletters, advisories, and client update email communications include an option for you to opt out (unsubscribe) from further communications. To opt out, please follow the instructions on the email you receive.  Alternatively, you may email us at  GBPatent@gbpatent.com to be removed from our mailing list.

Access – You may access the personal data we have about you by submitting a request to GBPatent@gbpatent.com.

Amend – You may contact us at GBPatent@gbpatent.com to amend or update your personal data.

Removal – In certain situations, you may request that we delete your personal data from our system.  To do so, please submit a request to GBPatent@gbpatent.com.  Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, for ongoing matters, or when required by law.
