In April, Bill Boshnick of Greenblum & Bernstein, PLC in Reston, Virginia recently lectured before the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan.  Bill discussed export control issues and other patent problems encountered by foreign companies having U.S. subsidiaries.
