Patent Litigation Attorney

The Position:

We are looking for a full-time associate to assist with federal court litigation, contested matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as licensing, due diligence and other projects related to counseling our clients with respect to intellectual property matters.

The Person:

The successful candidate has two to four years of experience in patent litigation, and is a registered patent attorney or eligible to sit for the patent bar.
