Nicholas “Nick” Martinez joined the firm in 2026 after five years of client counseling and civil litigation. His practice focuses on trials and district court litigation. Nick has significant experience representing clients in all phases of litigation, guiding clients through business-oriented solutions, high-value mediation, and advancing to trial when necessary.
Nick represents patent, trademark, and copyright owners in district court actions and contested matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Nick additionally analyzes and prepares intellectual property licensing, development, collaboration, and assignment agreements for employers, inventors, and investors.
